Band Requirements

• Appropriate and clean changing facilities / rest room for five persons

• A Basic Hot meal is to be provided prior to the performance, if the band’s arrival is required earlier than 7.00 p.m., or when excessive travel to the venue is involved.
(Please note that food from an evening buffet is acceptable providing it’s made available before the band’s performance.)

• A supply of drinks for band members for the duration of the function.

• An adequate and safe, regulated power supply at the venue

• Sufficient space for a 5-piece Band to set up and perform safely.*

• Sufficient free parking for four vehicles in the immediate vicinity of the venue.

• Clear access for heavy equipment to and from the stage area.

*It is respectfully requested that the person or persons signing a booking contract agrees, if deemed to be necessary, to advise their fellow guests that, for health and safety reasons, at no time should any of the band’s equipment be either touched or adjusted without the expressed prior consent of a member of the band.
